ILJU creates an account for you without asking, and adding a Google or email sign-in is optional. Either way, the App keeps a copy of your profile, your smile balance, what you have unlocked, and the readings we stored for you on our server, so that your data comes back after you reinstall. If you added a sign-in inside the App (Account tab), that copy can also be restored on a new phone. This page lets you delete that server copy without using the App.
Deleting the App from your phone removes everything stored on the device itself. What this page deletes is the server copy.
Request deletion by form
If you did not connect a Google account, or cannot sign in, send us a request here and we will handle it by hand.
One honest limitation: without a Google or email sign-in, the App never tells us who you are. Your data sits under a random key that only your phone holds, so if the App is already uninstalled, we cannot tell which record is yours. We will still take your request and delete whatever your message lets us identify.
We keep the contact detail and message you send here so that we can act on the request and have a record that we acted. Ask us and we will delete that record too.
